Very Very bad service and possible *****
I have listed the same complaint with customer care three times getting the same reply that I will be contacted this over two weeks and it does not happen today I called the head office and the operator after being told I want to speak to a senior manager just routed my call to the customer care so how do you complain about customer care to customer care and the original complaint could be a ***** issue

26 Apr 2023, 21:21So, as usual, you get a reply that the issue is handed to the management where the issue occurred who only can say sorry which fixes nothing I see it as an insult so nothing gets escalated to top management where the systems and possible ***** will be investigated this to the customer's expense this could be happening at a number of the outlet's switchboard operator just routes you to the help center when you ask to speak to senior management My question is does management think they pee eau de cologne ?
