Very very bad service

Was in pnp supermarket in central city mabopane, only 4 tills were opened and que was very long had to wait for more than an hour, the que started from isle number one, poor service ive ever seen in pnp, very bad, on Sunday afternoon you expect to jist do in and out not camp in the store, worse we had to pack for ourselves, there is a reason why pnp introduced packers on their till, maybe the manager must go back to induction to know what is meant by creatinv a better place to shop.
