Very urgent

On the 10 Sept i visit lemon tree where i sit on a bench inside were they bring in 80 trolleys, they dont look the trlleys bump in me and hurt my right knee and shocked my back were i had last year a operation of 11h00, my knee was badly swollen, i report it to the manager were the manager ask the security by absa bank footage, one black guy kick the trolleys away from me, i was in pain and the manager call the contractor to see him him 8h00 the next morning, manager told me i must see my dr, that night i could not sleep and have lots of pain, the next morning i go to the dr where she injected me in for pain and send me to x rays for my knee and back, x ray say i must go for a MRI for my back but my funds is exausted, 13h00 nobody phone me yet then i send an email, were the contracter phone me, and come and see me, he saw my knee and back and say yo its swollen, i ask him i got lots of damage wat are we gonna do, i ask him wete is your incurance, he say he don't have, immiadiate i know pick and pay must know everything must in place before he contract someone, i told him i want R50 000,for my time, pain, x rays, MRI, drs money and to lie with pain in my bed for 7 days and i got still lots of pain, i want to go to my laywer but first want to see how much will pick and pay pays me, he make a bid of 6000 and want to pay of, this is bull **** today is already the 5 and his dade was the 1,but still i should open a case against pick and pay, next time is some one dead, and i think i had to go for a operation of my knee its still swollen, i ask your people lets sit on the table or i had to see a laywer thanks Frik Cilliers
