Very unprofessional and rude staff members

<p>Really NOT impressed with PnP Centurion Mall!! Tried to return pork raschers that went off before expiry date. We walked around in the front of the store searching for someone to assist us. PnP staff walked past us but just ignored us. The kiosk was closed despite the extremely long ques and the managers station un attended. My husband had to ask security for assistance who pointed out the manager. The manager was also standing at one of the till points signing staff meals, one of the staff members that ignored us! When my husband explained to him our situation he responded "Now, what do you want?" We asked for our money back. He turned around, walked off and signed more staff meals. Leaving us wondering what is going on. While waiting. One of the PnP staff members started talking to one of the cashiers. The cashier stopped working and the customer asked the PnP staff member to please leave and let the cashier do her job as the shop was extremely busy and very little till points was open. The PnP member turned around and in front of me laughed and mocked the customer and made comments in her own language which we could not understand. The comment must have been very funny because the other PnP staff member laughed at her comment! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND TOTALLY UNCALLED FOR!! Eventually after standing and waiting and wondering what is going on we received our refund. No apology from the manager what so ever. I will definitely NOT return to PnP Centurion Mall! Pathetic services and very unprofessional and rude staff members</p>
