Very unhappy with this service

After numerous times using this app I decided to write a review for the bottles app ..although very convenient and I have used this app so many times I am totally fed up with this app..on numerous times when I order I do not get items delivered to me ..I will pay for something and then it will be missing from the list , when it is delivered to me ..I completely understand bottles are just responsible for delivering the items ..but delivering the right items not just some items. It is an absolute pain to order something just to discover when you unpack that the item you ordered are not there ..this has happen to me numerous times and although bottles always refund me it is an absolute pain and completely unexceptable I am a very unhappy customer
