I am so disgusted with the cashiers at PnP Cleary Park, specifically the cashier Nicolette Cornelius and the other 3 cashiers that was on duty, today on 29/07/25 ,at 12:03, I did a purchase at Till 7 , and I requested a money withdrawal service, Firstly she was so rude and said she didn't have enough money , I asked if any of the other cashiers have enough for me,,, she asked them and also decided they didn't have, as if she knew what goes on in other cashiers Till's, like she is the manager, she then said the sir at the other till is going to do a cashback and he is going to take all the money, ,,, So what makes him a better customer than me, for the way I look, she insulted me and also with the help of her fellow cashiers, I felt so belittled , I then asked can't she refill her till or get enough float, she said no, I asked her to press her alert button, she said it don't work, ,,I then requested to see the manager, she said said she won't call him , I must go call him myself , there he is sitting, and just refused me any services which your company/franchise provide and so called stand for, I wasn't greeted no thank you nothing, she was so fu**ing rude , I could not believe the audacity and unwelcome feeling I got from pick and pay Cleary Park, no customer service, no nothing just plain rude , they don't even smile , and such degraded, negative attitudes towards customers, poor poor poor service, I could not believe it , I felt like nothing, my partner tried defending me, but we didn't have time , he also was so humiliated by them because I said to him we must go, and he still told those cashiers, they lucky,,, because they judged the book by it's cover ,,,and according to Nicolette Cornelius, Pick n Pay Cleary Park went broke after the sir at the other till, ,, I don't even think PnP employees know about the CPA and even Hello Peter,

I was judged for the way I looked and ************** and arrogance is what we got , PnP say and advertise a franchise and the best apparently , look at all the promises PnP make, not one of those employees made me feel any good thing you promote or advertise or even promise, so then I believe Pick n Pay is selling a Lie to their customers, and with that face and attitude towards customers, you will lose money , because I don't want to purchase anything at Pick n Pay, I can promise any CEO manager etc, I will work that same Till 7, and show you how much more money I generate with a happy, good attitude and willingness and actually provide real customer service, really I would make 100× the sales she make, because she /them don't even realise they making Pick n Pay look very bad as a whole, and I don't feel like spending my money at Pick n Pay, I would rather go spend it at Boxer or Shoprite, where I get much better customer services, And lastly I suggest you get new staff in Cleary Park, because those cashiers are just making you loose money coz they don't stand for what you say you stand for, and please Pick n Pay, consider new management, and staff, Pick n Pay Cleary park needs a change, maybe start by your employees.

Uhmm and by the looks of it, Cleary park PnP needs some work,, I'm available immediately anytime, if you need a real employee to go the extra mile, because with that attitude, PnP Cleary park will definitely close down.
