Very unhappy regular customers at Pick n pay William Nic & Republic road

Just got back from PnP the lady who was helping me Nokwanda was so unfriendly.she has very stinky attitude. I made a mistake paying a bill and requested her to change the amount, she said no i cannot change unless i void the first amount and i told her to void it she didn't want to, then told her to make another transaction for balance left to be paid she said then you will to wait on the side so she can help other customers before helping me, we all human we do make mistake so what was the her problem as customers we do not need people like her rather she stays home if she cannot leave her stinky attitude at home..
