Very unhappy

Good day. I am a very upset customer. We went to your Faerie Glen store Sunday and what bad service we received from the electronics department. We wanted to buy a washing machine after a struggle to get someone to help us we were assisted by Mmabolo. We where informed that there is no stock of the machine we wanted to buy. We suggested we would like to buy the demo machine. We payed and were informed the machine would be wrapped and we can collect it at the security point. An hour later when we wanted to load the machine there was no machine at the security point as promised. When I went to the shelve our machine was still there on the shelve and no one to assist me. After yet another struggle and begging your staff to help me and being told they are to busy to help me. I took the machine of the shelve myself and on a trolley. One of their casual workers came to assist me. And we took it to the security point. After a struggle with 5 of their staff members and being told if we want the manager we can must and look for them our self. We loaded the machine our self after a 30 min struggle. This is really not cool. We are paying customers. We spended over R7000 at your store today and this is the type of service we received. I am sorry this is not working for me. When we arrived home we found some of the cheese we also bought is rotten but it only expires in 2018. If this is the kind of service and products you are giving to paying customers I am sorry I will never buy from you again and will make sure everybody know about the bad service we got.
