Very unhappy

I am a not so happy chappie with pick n pay. My sister stays in New Zealand and she used the online service to buy me some much needed groceries, this was done a week ago (9/3/2023) and I still have not received any thing from there. And there customer care number does not get answered. Really people this is a disgrace!!!!!!
