Very unfair abuse of labour laws

Today I went to pick n pay commercial road port elizabeth today during lunch hour. I witnessed a cleaner cleaning a floor using a moppy without hand cloves when I ask him why he put himself in high risk of getting a Covid 19 he mentioned that the employer doesn't provide any safe equipment include hand cloves. I was so surprised why pick n pay can put his employees in very high risk, I found this practice ******** and against basis laws of human rights and labour laws of this country, you can treat your employees in such bad manner ignoring human live but concerning with big profits Can this matter sorted out and protect your employees.
