VERY RUDE SUPERVISOR AND CASHIER

This store does not load specials on their system. This is now the 3rd time I go the store and the specials is not loaded and then we must pay the full price. Luckily for me I always check before paying. Today they had Switch on special. There was two specials. The one is buy two cans for R18 or buy a six pack for R49. When we went to pay the price was much more as we bought 3 six packs. The casher was very rude and asked us impolitely why we did not tell her that we bought the six packs and not the loose cans. The six packs was sealed six packs and not loose. It was obvious that is was six packs and not loose cans. Then the supervisor came and was also rude to us because the cashier scanned all the cans as one one. The staff at Pick 'n Pay greenstone is very rude and unprofessionally when it comes to customer care. This is not the first time this happens if you show out their mistakes.
