Pick n Pay clothing in Heritage Mall in Port Alfred - I had the most disrespectful manager (Veronica) while I tried to exchange clothing that was a gift for a bigger size. Granted I didn’t have the slip and I understood she was doing me a favour but she was so incredibly rude and dismissive to me.
