Very Rude Manager

I just got from work stopped at Pick n Pay Fleurdal to buy Milk and return a diary bought 07 Jan 2016. To my regret I arrive home with a head rush of madness. Bought a diary used it for the first time today the separating string broke at 1st use. Tried to swop it they refused because I wrote on 1 page. Problem was not refusing to swop or refund it was the rudness of Frans Theron. He asked me with a very bad sarcastic attitude \ NOU WAT MOET EK MET DIT DOEN!"I wanted to say please refer to suppliers to query the quality. But his tone of voice and threatening to come and complain about me at my workplace ( what about I would not know. As I met him for the 1st time today) I got so worked up and told him to throw it away cause it is useless. I live round the corner and shop there daily. I do not feel valued as a client at all. After my comment he authorised a refund and literally pushed me out. Out of respect for the elderly I just left. I will not have it happen again be he the Owner / manager does not matter. His rudeness is rubbing off on his staff. Maybe it is racial not sure. Worst customer experience ever. Not sure if it was a racial attack or he just having a bad day."""
