Very poor unacceptable customer service.

On Monday the 03/02/2025 I went to Pick n Pay in Meadowlands (Meadow point) for some groceries. They had a promotion of 10kg Spekko rice, 10kg Maize meal and 10kg cake flour on the pamphlet. When I goth there they told me that they're substituting Spekko for some unknown brand rice because they don't have Spekko rice in stock. I refused to take the rice and asked them to call me immediately when they have stock of the Spekko rice. To my surprise its the 06th today, they received the Spekko rice but they haven't called me to come and collect the rice that I've already paid for on the 3rd. They don't even answer the store phone.
