Very Poor Service - Pick n Pay

Very Poor Service,

Product was puchached from Pnp Online on the 27th of July 2023 and I received the incorrect product as per their description on their Website. Query was logged with Pick n Pay on the 28th of July 2023 and I received a email back on the 29th of July 2023 where I was told that I will be contacted back. Noboday contacted me. On the 31st of July 2023 I sent a mail back to ask what was happening and got no feedback.

So on the 14th of August I logged a request again, asking for feedback and I received a mail again on the 16th August 2023 that my request was logged and I will be contaced.

Upto now on the 28th of August 2023 I am still waiting for feedback on what will happen and if Pick n Pay will honor the correct product as advertised.

Till now I there is no feedback received and no resolution on what will be done from Pick n Pay's side.

Good Day Pick n Pay, we are now on the 12th of September 2023 and up to now to no feedback with regards to the matter. I wrote a review on the 28th of August 2023 and nobody has contacted me or sent a reply or mail to let me now what will be done. I have logged this matter again on Pick n Pay online support and only received a automatic reply to say the query has been logged. Please advise.

So here we are now on the 24th of October 2023 and up to now to no feedback from Pick nPay. As per my previous feedback on the 12th September 2023, nobody has contacted me or sent a reply or mail to let me now what will be done. At this stage Pick n Pay is currently ignoring the matter.
