Very poor service by pick n pay norwood

pick n pay norwood has very pathetic service. The store has been out of stock on the Vivo cookware pots for almost 3 months now. When i also try calling the manager "yule" he never takes any phone calls and the store takes forever to answer the phone call in teh first place. Whenever i call i am put on hold for 15 to 20 minutes . They don't have any concern for customers. Very bad service.
