Very poor service by Mobile money

<p>Many people were turned away at Pick n Pay due to the incompetence of mobile money and their call senter is a embarra*****t. There are people out there that really needed the money but cannot get the money and has to wait +-48 before they can get the money. The staff at Pick N Pay Florida was very helpful and appologized on behalf of mobilemoney, they quick to take the money and it is a disgrace to know that mobilemoney could not notify their vendors of the change that has happened and we as customers to find out when we went to collect. This is a disgrace for a business and the people at Pick n Pay get the beating from customers, if mobilemoney dont know how to run their busines they should stop.</p>
