Very Poor Service

On th 06/09/2015 @ 13:19. I went to do my shopping and decided to get a tuna sandwich from the deli. I waited for 15 min and asked the gentleman at customer service named Martino to get someone. Eventually a guy comes and I tell him what I want. With his bare hands he takes one of the sandwiches and I asked him if his hands are clean. Can he toast it. He then squashes the sandwich and drops it in the bin. Approaches me saying he doesn't work here and I must go look for someone to help me. By now Martino is trying to get a manager. The manager (Alexi) refuses to come to assist me. I give up and pay for my groceries and then one of the ladies comes from the back named (Mirhanda) shouting at me she is the only one working here. Every day there a problem in this store. If staff are not rude service is bad. Nothing comes of it, no apologies or remorse from management.
