Very poor service

Absolutely dissatisfied with the service from Pick n Pay clearwater mall. Tried phoning them, they don't answer. I placed an order on the ASAP app at 12.21. It is now 17.26 still no delivery. Order only got updated at 16.49 to preparing order. The estimated delivery time has been changed 7 times already. Really fuming at the moment
