Very Poor Service

I bought Electricity of R700 and water of R250 on the 2nd of March 2019 at PicknPay Goodwood , on my arrival when I recharge the electricity the meter indicate the Units are already used same goes to the water meter, I went back to the store and they told me the problem is within the complex, I return back and speak to the body corporate and they say the is no issues with the meter or building accounts, they suggest I should buy just twenty rand units at the garrage and see if it doesn't go through, I did exactly as suggested and the units went through, but the PicknPay ones still doesn't.

I went back the following day with the prof of recharge and the picture of the meter indicating the current date of the picture taken, and still they insist that the problem is within the complex.

how could be that posible if everyone at the complex has recharged for month with no issues and when I buy elsewhere is goes through..

I Spoke to the manager on Duty by the name of Waleed and he couldn't assist me with the refund, he says the issue must still be investigated and the person to authorise the refund only comming back on monday.

and my question is how is this have to inconvenience me...? I have to stay the whole weekend without water and electricity where else I payed for these services, I have a three month old baby and cannot afford to stay without water and electricity but to him it meant nothing
