very poor customer service

Yesterday evening I did a Pick 'n Pay ASAP order 17:54, it showed that the order will be delivered from 19;30 to 20;00 stayed up waiting for the delivery, ( order #***1) still waiting for the delivery, no response from Pick n pay ASAP but money was deducted from my account yet no order delivered.

No Feedback, no customer service, no delivery, not impressed with this they are *****ing my money , won't be supporting Pick n pay anymore
