Very Poor Customer Service

We went to the Pick n Pay at Acropolis Mall in the Phoenix area on Sunday,11 February 2018 . They had C***** Box milk on special for R60 a box to 1 per customer. When arriving at the store we asked store attendent for 3 packs of milk as we had come as 3 individuals from different households to purchase. The store attendant refused to give us more than 1 box and insisted we are family and we could not get more. We then took the complaint to the store manager on site. He also insisted we are family and could not give us more than 1 Box and finally gave us 2 box milk for the 3 of us. One of us went home with no box milk which was disheartening. I just cant understand how pick n pay knows exactly who is or is'nt family. The special said clearly 1 per customer. I believe this kind of service is terrible by the store personels. Something needs to be done about this so customers in the future are not treated in the same way we were.

From my point of view i will never ever shop at a pick n pay store again and is gonna spread the word to all my friends and families as well cause the service there is pathetic.
