Very Poor Bad Service

Bad service received from Pick n Pay Bramley. I ordered a birthday cake last week friday and advised the guy at that section that i would be picking up the spider man themed cake tuesday morning at 09:30 am. the guy took down all my request and promised that the cake would be ready for pick up today. To my surprise when i got to the store this morning my son's biryhday cake wad not done.. He had the nerve to say to me that i have orderd a pink and white cake.. This literally came as a shock to me as i completely had no idea of what he was talking about.. He then took a cake from their stand and said to me give me 30 minutes then he left. some lady came back with a dark pink and blue cake that was completely horrible looking and said to me here is the cake.. Mind you that i was supposef to have been at my son's pre-school by 10:00 and its now 10:30.. I took the cake and left with so much disappointment and anger..

Every staff membet could literally see that i was so unhappy however not even the manager came over to ask what was going on.

I have never in my life experienced such terrible service like i have with Pick n Pay Bramley..

How do i deliver a dark pink and blue cake for a baby boy at his pre-school. My son had a shock face when he saw the cake, i mean i promised him spiderman cake not the dull horrible dark pink cake i received..
