Very poor attitude towards customers

Sadly let down by Pick n Pay Hillcrest, KZN. Service is grudgingly given and no-one inclined to assist. A sad reflection on the brand. No-one manning the counter for mobile phones, when requesting service a member of staff appeared to find me a nuisance and as soon as the usual greetings were done and dusted, turned her back on me and called another staff member to leave her post to see to what I wanted. Not a smile anywhere and all looking as if I had put them out to have the temerity to ask for service
