Very poor and unfair service

I have been to pick n pay I ordered some products on the online Platform however my order was taken and I paid for and minutes later I received communication back out of stock how ironic when ppl are still ordering how coincidently its out of stock I go to the store and I am being told pick n pay is different not all pick n pays are the same that outrageously confusing to a customer I ordered juices that was apparently 3 six packs for R47 but not even long out of stock so please tell me how can u approve and take my money and afterwards not give me my product I am so disgusted to hear that u get different pick n pays where it's more cheaper in white area or should I say subarbs and in rural areas it's more expensive that make no sense
