Very poor 1st time online shopping experience

<p>I decided to try out the PnP Online shopping last week and had my items delivered on Saturday morning - 5 hours before the scheduled time, but that's not the issue. My delivery arrived but 2 items were incorrect so I sent them back with the driver and made a note for them to deliver the correct items during the scheduled time slot. They have debited my account for the full amount but it is now 3 days later and I have not received the items nor a single phone call, email or sms from PnP to explain or apologise for the mix-up! What's also frustrating is that I freed up my afternoon for this delivery that firstly came early which delayed my morning and secondly never arrived the 2nd time! Isn't the point of online shopping to be more convenient for your customers??</p>
