Very Insulted

On Saturday, i needed brinjal desperately I work in the centre & walked out 16:55 ran to pick n pay the door was already closed, because I work in the centre and fami**** with the faces I asked to speak to the manager because it was before 5 the security told me that she is in the liquor store, so I went there & asked can i speak to her she slammed the door in my face, i was taken back, when she came out my husband spoke to her she didnt apologise spoke about not putting her job on the line. I understand policy because i needed an item which i could not find anywhere else I wanted to speak to her but she was blatantly rude and insulting as a customer that frequents the store i dont believe thats how you treat a customer.
