Very helpful, friendly and welcoming treatment by staff

I really hope that this review reaches the correct managers and is passed on to the people I have mentioned here. I went to PicknPay in Galleria yesterday and had a vey pleasant shopping exerience. There are 2 people in particular that I want to mention. Firstly there was a gentleman on the floor called Michael who so readily helped me to find the product I was looking for. In fact he asked me if there was anything he could help me with. I really appreciated his friendliness, helpfulness and assisting me so courteously and patiently. Please pass this compliment on to him. The second person I want to compliment is the cashier. Her name is Cynthia. It was such a pleasure being assisted by her. A warm welcoming smile. Also I had forgotton my card at home, but she scanned the number from my phone. And to top it all, usually in other branches, it is so tedious to request a withdrawal, but not with Cynthia! I didn't even want to ask, but seeing that she was so friendly, I just took a chance and asked "I don't suppose you have any money because I would like to withdraw" and to my utter delight, she said she will check how much she has and when she checked, she told me she had the sum I needed!!! At other branches the cashiers rudely tell you they don't have any money and then it becomes a struggle to get a supervisor and wait for over half an hour before they give you the money. And worse they make you feel like you are a pain in their butt! Therefore I was very impressed with Cynthia. Please pass on my compliment to her. They are two very valuable members of your staff who create a positive image for your branch. There is one issue I did have, however. That was the 2 packs of peach I purchased. The assistant was also very friendly and helpful. He told me that if I took 2 of the same item I would get it on the special which was on the board next to the peaches. I did buy two, but my cash sales slip shows that there was no discount on it. Furthermore, when I opened it, the peaches at the bottom very actually rotten.
