Very dissatisfied

This is the second time I ordered on the Pick n Pay ASAP app that I have not received my groceries. Ordered before 13:00. Took them until 13:45 to confirm my order! It is now 18:45 and I still have not received my order!! The previous time I also received no refund. This is ridiculous. Will not use this app again!!
