VERY DISAPPOINTING SAD CAKE PICK N PAY WORKSHOP

I pre-ordered a birthday cake from the bakery and was picked up on Sunday for my 11 old daughter. Firstly the cake presentation on the cake read HAPPY B-DAY HANNAH, was it too much to ask to spell birthday out in full. I asked for vanilla cake ad got a chocolate cake, and it did not taste like chocolate, it had no taste at all and the cake was stale. the icing had a bad after taste and texture of icing was like air. Generally the cakes that you buy off the shelf at pick n pay are not bad in taste, but maybe the baker was having a bad day when baking that cake or just gave an old cake and added icing. If i could rate this 0 i would. WHAT I WASTE
