Very disappointing in pick and pay life style

Very disappointing in pick and pay life style centurion I brought a sinotch 55 tv (5 year warranty) for the store in the 29 July 2016 . Then in November 2017 tv packed up the very kind lady Riana help me to get the tv booked in and it was repaired , Now the tv stopped working again I never got the till slip of and other documents back from pick and pay and I called them to hear what now . the lady just say without the slip thy can help me I mean really now she want me to come and look in her return book if I can see my name this is not on what happened to the consumer protection act ? I feel I don’t want this tv any more
