Very disappointing

I am deeply disappointed by the poor service that i have received from pick m pay Ermelo plot 84 Van Outshoornstroom, i have placed an order in advance only to be told on the date of delivery that "sorry we won't be able to deliver because they don't have stock, I am being told of such news on the date of the event.
