Very Disappointed with PNP ASAP Wonderpark

It has been quite a disappointing 2 days of poor service from PNP Wonderpark. My daughter is a varsity student residing in a residence in Pretoria north. She bought groceries through ASAP on Sunday afternoon and delivery was delayed, on Monday I called the store to follow up on delivery. My query was attended by Bonolo and delivery was scheduled for 3pm. At around 13.00 she was surprised to received a message that the order has been cancelled and refund will take between 3 to 5 days. The reason for cancellation was that the drivers refuse to take delivery because the area is dangerous, I'm asking myself how can be a students residence be dangerous and why does it have to take up to 5 days for refund. I'm quite disappointed with service and we won't use it and recommend to anyone again.
