Very disappointed with P 'n P Welgemoed.

Pick 'n Pay Welgemoed I tried to take some empty beer bottles back today and the manager told me I'm only allowed to return the bottles if they are in a crate. These are all beers that I bought at this store. Not just have I bought it there, but I've been doing all my shopping there. I'm really disappointed with the way a loyal customer is being treated.
