Very disappointed in service

Will never ever order online again, delivery was delayed, haven't received everything, was not notified that items was out of stock, they expect that you have to pay immediately but you have to wait 3 to 5 working days, if they don't have your items in stock online shows in stock but in store is no stock. If you try to talk to a agent online they say 10min but your are waiting more then 30 min for a response then they tell you you are wasting their time if you don't reply back if they do get back to you, if you phone then you put down the phone in your ear
