Very disappointed in Pick n Pay Blue Downs

Good morning. I bought 2x 5kg frozen chicken at Pick n pay in blue downs where something nice use to be, but I was very disappointed when I got home to see that the chicken inside is a brownish colour and smell funny. My grandma washed everything off in vinegar water, but that's not right. I never have to wash my chicken off with vinegar before eating it or making packets, which tells me that, that chicken was in that freezer for quite some time. I got a lift with my neighbour the day before this 21day lockdown and couldn't go back the evening before the shop closed. I'm very disappointed in the chicken that I bought for R168 a bag
