Very disappointed customer

I was at Pick n Pay Hyper in Ottery on the 26th of November. I had a issue with the promotion and then took out my phone to calculate the amount because it did not add up. I forgot my phone on the counter at Pick n Pay. The cashier claims that she did not see me use my phone. I then asked if I could see the camera footage. It was said that I am not allowed to see the footage. I went there every day since I lost my phone. Still to this day, I still did not get any answers from them. I am upset and disappointed in Pick n Pay's customer service. I am not upset about the phone the phone itself.I am upset because there were important stuff on there. At this point, I want to see the footage and want answers.
