very disappointed and disrespected

it is so disappointing that one day you wake up to thanking someone for doing a good job and the next they make you have a different perspective.

Date: 19 April 2023 Time: 17:30 My husband and I went to make a purchase at Pick n pay evaton mall using our RCS card which now is empowered with a secret pin to avoid ***** when making purchases.

The cashier scanned the items then she said this store has its own rules when using use RCS cards. they demanded I make a call to RCS. We called RCS, and RCS said we should give the phone to the store manager however, Sibusiso(store manager) refused to take call with no reason and they kept making noise in front of other customers as if my husband is a *****. this tells me that Sibusiso and other supervisors that were on duty doesn't know the process their store follows, if there's any process. This behavior is unacceptable and we feel disrespected for the fact that we were not assisted with no explanation. We demand response from this store and explanation as why we were not assisted.

We were on a queue for almost an hour as if we had no money in the card. seeing that Sibusiso refuses that we purchase at what we thought was our favorite Pick n pay, we had no choose but to go shop at Shoprite in the same mall and they helped us with no issues. Shoprite didn't waste our time for nothing. Sibusiso lacks Customer service, no accountability, he is not sales driven and all, then my question is what will the other supervisors and staff learn from him. hopefully Sibusiso' seniors will see this and contacted us with explanations on this. if Pick n pay sees this and doesn't positively respond I'm taking this issue to the http://www.thencc.gov.za/
