Very disappointed

My wife and I had a very bad experience today at Pick ‘n Pay Ferndale on Republic.

The 2.25 l coke was on a R15.99 special if you used your PnP card.

We bought two but saw that the price rang for R20.99 each. The teller called the manager and he just told us that the card rewards system was offline and there was nothing he could do about it, only give us a laborious refund.

This is not the way customers should be treated. Effectively, if you don’t check your till slip PnP will just charge you the higher amount.
