Very disapointed by piknpay

I'm so disappointed at piknpay,i went for wine Festival in Johannesburg and they gave me a voucher that was valid until 30 September and the wine festival was on the 6th October, why would hey do that to their customers I'm so disappointed it shows ty are taking their customers for granted
