Very BLACK Friday at Pick n Pay Sunningdale.

<p>Having purchased some items on Friday 25th Nov, i purchased some lux soap, "The ONLY item to be at a 50%"discount. When paying it was charged at the full price. I did receive a credit etc after standing for about 20 min to resolve the issue.</p> <p>I returned to purchase a few more for my 85 year old mother and was charged the full price again.</p> <p>The manager Robert was called to assist.</p> <p>What a BAD ATTITUDE the man has. Shocking to say the least. He just said "I CANT DO IT" and I was not allowed the Black Friday price . I never even took the allowed quota on the first purchase but he did not even try to discuss the issue at all . On his "I CANT DO IT "statement I was rather Peed off and left saying "please remember Pick n Pays policy . </p> <p>This store is renowned for incorrect prices and unfriendly staff.</p> <p>I regularly purchase at this store for my family and also for my aged mother and inlaws. I will definitly reconsider using Pick n Pay if this is their attitude towards staff.</p> <p>I see now why your store was empty on Black Friday and your opposition stores were PACKED.</p>
