Very Bad shopping experience.

I had one of worst shopping experiences at Pick & Pay Cradlestone Mall. This is not the first time this happened. There are no cashiers at the Express Tills for less than 10 items. This results in queues that stretch into the shopping isles. I asked to speak to the manager, when I questioned as to the lack of personnel at the Express tills the person they referred me too rep**** they do not have enough staff members to do so. I and one lady I am aware returned the few good to she shelves and left the store. I could not afford to spend 30 minutes or more waiting to be assited.
