Very bad service of the security guards and management

On Wednesday 22 / 2017 me and my fiance went to do shopping at 18:05 hours at Hyper by the sea in the Durban north area , when we drove in a security guard was busy packing a trolley out into a customers car and once we drove past she left the trolley to run into our car and it left a big bump and mark on the car , once we approached the manager he took my number and said they will contact us back , up until today we have not received any feedback from any one and every time i try to contact them they don t answer when i drove there to resolve it they said they cant help it . I do think this is very unfair as i do pay over R 4000pm on my down payments each month and for a security guard to smash a trolley into my car is not acceptable and we have not heard anything from them and will now approach the board of directors to resolve this matter.YOUR SERVICE IS UP TO **** AND I WOULD LIKE TO ADVISE TO ANYONE NOT TO GO THERE AS THEY JUST DON T GIVE A DAM ABOUT ANYTHING.
