VERY BAD SERVICE IN KROONSTAD CBD
Visited PNO CBD in Kroonstad. Waited 20min for a person to assist me on the floor, spoje to 3 people that told me they are calling the 1 person that is responsible for the isle. Heard 1 calling him to the managers office but still no show. Then got to the till and the items i had taken from a shelf where the particular spesial is on, i was charged douboe the price and told it is not the item on spesial. I left and did not wanna make a fuss over a coffee mug. I buy my company groceries and my personal groceries at this store and get bad service 7 times out of 10. Today it was the last straw, ill buy from another outlett that does not carry the PNP logo from now on!

Thank you for the response and also thanks to Precious, the Manager of the branch in question.
She phoned me and apologized, also asked me to go and see her when I need to visit the shop again. I went there during my lunch break and she dropped everything she was doing to attend to me immediately. I appreciated her gesture to want to give me a little treat to add to the apology, but like i explained to her, I did not raise this concern to get freebies, it was raised to make you all aware of a problem in your store and for it to be rectified. We see shops closing that has been huge brands my whole life (Edgars, CNA, Musica, Ellerines, Russels, etc) In my opinion this is not due to there not being people to buy, it is due to poor client service that has been overlooked for years! For 37 years i have been buying at that store and to see it go to a route where it will close down due to clients not being happy, is sad and not something i will keep quite about.
I pray and hope that she will get through to her staff and make that the PNP store i know it has been since i was a small kid. I know there is loads of your clients that will be happy and enjoy going there again. Word of Mouth is the cheapest adverti*****t or it can be the biggest downfall (this is something i believe in firmly)
Off topic, I have been in retail for over 17 years and you guys got a gem of a manager in that branch now. She know how to speak to people and resolve a problem.
The apology from PNP and the manager of the branch is accepted and appreciated. I will give your shop another change and not take my business elsewhere as I stated previously.
Hope you all have a great day and stay safe.
Regards
Tertius
