VERY BAD SERVICE FROM PICK N PAY SONEIKE KUILS RIVER !!!

PICK N PAY SONEIKE KUILS RIVER Bad customer service or a complete lack thereof

I hereby wish to make use of this platform to warn members of the public of the poor service delivery that Pick n Pay, Soneike gives to their customers.

I went to Pick n Pay to pay by DSTV account which I do every month and the cashier processed the transaction with my ID number, I was on the phone at the time so I did not check the notification. To my surprise 3 days later my account was suspended due to non-payment. I then checked my statement and noticed that an amount of R6004.00 was swiped and not R829.00. When I phoned Pick n Pay they asked me to give them some time to do an internal investigation, they then notified me that the cashier processed the transaction incorrectly and instead of making a payment for my DSTV she selected TV License. Again they asked me to give them some time to try and claim this from their insurance, bare in mind that this more than R5000 out of my budget. I waited patiently for 2 weeks just to receive feedback from their broker that the claim was repudiated. The store owner Marlo Maree then contacts me to tell me that he will give me the money but I’ll have to pay them an amount of R500 per month. When I told him that I’m not happy with that he responded with that's the only offer he has.

This transaction took place on the 4th of January and today is the 28th already with no joy. R5200 gone out of my budget because of the incompetence of Pick n Pay staff and the arrogance of their owner. Marlo Maree the store owner still had the audacity to tell me this morning when I went to give him the notice of small claim that I must pay my TV license, how and when I pay my stuff has nothing to do with them. They took my money without my consent and now I need to suffer for their lack of professionalism and incompetence. This is unacceptable and they need to pay back my money and claim it from SABC or the cashier who caused this whole mess this is not my problem. I will not stop or back down until I get back my money which rightfully belongs to me and I will expose them on every platform possible.

So in essence people be wary when going to Pick n Pay Soneike as their problems will become yours.
