Very bad service

Went to PNP pta north branch on the 02/12 to buy the Oreo promotion, they were finished. The staff told me to come buy today 03/12 as they said they still had stock in their stock to unpack today morning, I must arrive @08h00. When I got there today, while I was talking to one of their staff their branch manager by the name of Quinton Meyer rudely interrupted us and he didn't even greet me said there's no Oreos in his store and left. Drove all the way from mamelodi twice to get the promotion as I was told that they do have stock only for their branch manager to treat us very bad. I will never shop @any PNP branch ever. I would like the company to look into this matter. Regards
