Very bad service

Worst service from Mahlatsi from pick n pay clothing Brooklyn Mall, I went to the store today to load the voucher for R500 using my wicode she first told me she can't do it they are not allowed, after that she comes and tells the cashier that she must just load it she doesn't have time to call other stores to ask how to do it...i had to wait 20 minites for a transaction that should be done in less than a minute.Thanks to Katlego for helping me out nicely without assistance from her superior who couldn't even try to help..It was the worst experience from Mahlatse and I believe she can do better in retail she needs to make sure she gives each and every customer that walks in the best experience.
