Very bad service!!!!!

I have yet ordered again for my family with kids under 5 in the house only because Checker60 is not available in the area I had to use PickNPay ASAP and guess what??? It’s been hours again with no communication and that stupid App is stuck on waiting for a driver . I called the customer service line and the only thing they can do is escalate the issue which doesn’t confirm if the order will be delivered or not !!! I’m getting frustrated with this and again they will put a packet of sweet inside your order thinking that solves everything when they bring your order the next day !!!
