very bad service

I had many bad experiences with PICK N PAY ASAP. i was double-debited, and this time i never received my order. I called in yesterday and was told this needs to be investigated. I requested a refund on the 24th of March; it's now the 8th of April.

i need my refund or a voucher. Really unhappy
