Very bad service concerning order
Placed order. Order shows delayed, no updates. Phoned customer services they told me store was closed. Store hours shows open till 7am. Order was placed at 16h00. Not the 1st time my orders are delayed. Waiting period for for driver collections also very bad. Poor service, poor customer service, mis information about store hours.

06 Oct 2025, 08:50Yet again they messed up my order. After 2 phone calls from my side!!!. None of my perishable items was delivered. Not even a apology from the store. It cost me money to sort out their mistake. Utterly unexceptable.

06 Oct 2025, 09:09I phoned customer service. They will not deliver items because it will cost them money. They said they refunded me. It doesnt show. Customer service said they will phone me back they didnt because the store is not answering their phones. Now i must wait another 3 days for my money and pay xtra delivery fee for items not delivered and it cost me airtime also.
